Dental Implant
IN Bangkok
Equipped with advanced technology, 3D Scans, skilled surgeons, and a laboratory team of 25 years of experience, we’re proud to say that we can create a beautiful, fully functioning smile within a 5-10-day holiday in Thailand. The main competitive advantage of having dental implants in Thailand is the combination of high standards together with lower costs compared to most countries. We’ve spent decades perfecting the team that makes this possible, saving you the time and effort searching for multiple dentists, and spending countless hours of dental appointments, before achieving your dream smile.
Keep in mind that not all patients are suitable for dental implants as it is highly dependent on your personal health background, type of case, and teeth condition. Dental implants are best suited for patients in good general health, meaning no systemic disease, diabetes, hypertension, etc. However, there is nothing to worry as our professional team will closely evaluate each case before crafting a suitable treatment plan.
TYPES OF DENTAL IMPLANT OFFERED AT BANGKOK DENTAL SPA
1. Immediate Implant (Not Immediate Loading)
In most cases, an implant is placed right after tooth extraction. Immediate implant without immediate loading means leaving 2-6 months after the implant is placed before placing a permanent crown on the implant. The dentist will evaluate your case and decide whether placing a temporary crown on the implant during these months is suitable or necessary. Placing a permanent crown on the implant right after surgery will load force onto the implant, so we need to make sure the implant is healed and ready for this loading.
However, this highly depends on the condition of the tooth, including issues with infected teeth, bone infection or bone resorption. In these cases, we mostly advice the delayed implant as the better and safer choice in order to give time for the bone to heal. This will ensure sure there is no infected tissue and that the bone is completely in good shape for implant surgery.
What to expect: Example visit plan for getting immediate dental implant in Bangkok
Appointment 1
Initial Check-up and consultation. Design and walk you through the treatment plan before the procedure. Discuss with the patient with clear and open communication. After agreement, we can begin the treatment right away by preparing for lab work of the crown/prosthesis. This will take approximately 2 hours.
Appointment 2
Day of the surgery. Tooth extraction and implant placement. Temporary crown on the implant abutment will be placed if needed and if suitable for the case. Approximately 1 – 2 hours in total.
Appointment 3
Depending on the case, you may need a third appointment or a second trip to Thailand in 2-6 months’ time to replace the temporary crown with a permanent porcelain crown
2. Immediate Implant with Loading Force (Multiple Teeth Extraction and Immediate Replacement With Prosthesis)
The immediate loading implant procedure allows you to have new set of teeth during one visit to Bangkok (multiple appointments). This is different from immediate implant non-loading because the technique requires multiple implants in the arch to distribute the force of your new set of teeth. This advanced technique will allow you to have a healthy set of teeth safely within one visit. The design of the implant placement and the prosthesis will be tailored specifically for each patient. What this means is that the number of implants as well as the crown/bridge design will vary from patient to patient. The surgeon will craft a plan, design, and find a solution, then walk you through the treatment plan that is best for your case.

With advanced technology, All-on-4 provides a great solution due to several reasons. It’s quick, safe and less invasive.
